Ultimate Airstreams is searching for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. Ultimate Airstreams opened in 2014 as the first factory-authorized, dealer-backed commercial up-fitter and Airstream Custom shop. The Custom & Commercial Airstream Sales Executive is responsible for presenting designing and selling products to Guest(s). They will contact potential buyers, present products, answer questions and discuss pricing. The Custom & Commercial Airstream Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction and managing the quality of product delivery.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential Guest(s) to determine their needs, vision, and budget of project.
  • Provide thorough, timely and relevant information to Guests and Team Members.
  • Ensure an exceptional Total Guest Experience T.G.E. throughout the sales process.
  • Provide Statement of Work to Guest and gain approval(s).
  • Discuss product details and expectations on how to improve the user experience of the project / product.
  • Target existing advertising to Guests to promote continued customizations of their trailers.
  • Thoroughly map new business opportunities using industry research, taking a proactive approach to bringing new Guests on board and delivering to targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure new business opportunities are tracked accurately.
  • Represent Ultimate Airstreams at industry events and develop business opportunities through face to face interactions.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding and strategic viewpoint of the Ultimate Airstreams industry sector, using this to differentiate the offering in market and convey this in our sales strategy.
  • Travel to events (i.e. Tradeshows, Airstream Events, etc.).
  • Contribute to marketing plans and align with sales strategy.
  • Setting, confirming, and preparing for appointments to expedite the Guest's service experience.
  • Greet Guests in a timely manner.
  • Take photos of incoming and outgoing units.
  • Follow-up with Guests on the status of their unit.
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help Guests.
  • May cross-train to perform other duties.

Specific Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Previous experience working with data, analytics and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • RV experience, a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Team Members and Guests.
  • Strong computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
  • Aptitude for business math. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to read blueprints and equipment specs.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat.
