We are looking for an experienced woodworking craftsman to add to our growing team.  Your primary duty will be cabinet making. Our team of cabinet makers are some of the best at their craft, and we are looking for someone who is just as passionate! Although cabinet making is the bread and butter of this job, it will also help to have experience with electrical, plumbing, corian countertops, and a variety of other skills. We're looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything!

The Cabinet Builder and Corian/Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator is responsible for producing quality custom cabinetry and Custom Corian counter tops in a timely manner and operating all traditional classical woodworking machinery safely and competently.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Promote, follow and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies and practices. Immediately report any and all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Manger.
  • Build custom cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet Guests requests
  • Fabricator will then build counter tops from cut pieces, apply edge detail with hand router, glue parts, add back splashes, heat Form Material for counter top radiuses and sand tops to a final finish before for installation.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Efficient use of a sliding table saw as well as standard table saws.
  • Operate an edge bander, drill press, band saw, router table, etc.
  • Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
  • Cut and assemble custom cabinetry, install door and drawer fronts, and mill and sand custom molding packages.
  • May cross train to perform other duties.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • 1-2 years' cabinetry and carpentry experience.
  • RV experience, a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with dealership Team Members and Guests alike.
